For those people who Would like to see more than the Historic Core, we reccomend to go to the traditional Tigre Hotel, an outstanding residence, of french architecture that nowadays works as the Tigre Museom of Art.
As a different option from what usually offers Tigre, La Real has an excellent proposal on active tourism. Located just 15 minutes on public transportation,  where the Carapachay river meets the Gallo Fiambre stream. The owners of this house open its door for you to enjoy the plenitude of nature, on this astonishing and colorful area, with a variety of proposals such as island trekkings, island Photo safari, boat trips, full board accomodation, beyond the possibility of visiting the Paraná river as well. ARTISANS FAIR AND FRUITS MARKET
This part of Tigre has a harbour too, this is the place where the locals used to trade the supplies, foodstuff, and merchandise produced on the islands. Nowadays among the traditional products, you may find whatever you can imagine, such as food, clothes, plants, furniture made of wicker or jute, and more.
Opens every day from 10 am until 7 pm. The gastronomy is good, but we specially recommend IL Novo María del Luján restaurant located at the nº 611 of Paseo Victorica , facing the river, a beautiful place that has its own pier, an excellent cuisine and an outstanding view .  On the Delta, you must visit Paso del Toro, 30 minutes away from Tigre harbour, you will find a place to spend the day, with games for children, a little sand beach, and  good cuisine.
